This is beyond doubt the best history book on everyday line in Ancient Rome that I have ever heard in my life. Utterly exceptional!

Excellent narrator who clearly enjoyed the task. Very informative, with each topic given its own slot. Anyone interested in Roman history will garner much valuable information from this well researched book.
