Couldn’t finish listening.. definitely listened to better books.

I thoroughly enjoyed this twisty, humorous, unpredictable story! Narrator is excellent and clearly defines each character. My only complaint is the highly repetitive voice popping up all the time with “Let’s kill!”…incredibly annoying, distracting, and unnecessary in my opinion.

The characters are wonderful and the humor perfect. The story flows and keeps you in suspense. Entertaining and well done. I will be looking forward to hearing more stories from both the author and narrator!

I really enjoyed this one. Grandma is who I aspire to be in my aging years. This audio was realistic, funny at moments and nicely narrated.

Slow and found the dialogue between Savy and main character in her head annoying and distracting. I did get more into it the last half. Overall it was okay also this isn’t the type or genre I normally read

I so badly wanted to like this book, after seeing so many good reviews on TikTok/reels… I brought this to my book club as one of our summer book reads… I think the premise is good however, the format in which it was written leaves a lot to be desired. I had a difficult time connecting to the characters and really follow a timeline…. Unfortunately not one of my favorite books and couldn’t even finish it.

Fantastic book, Tintera is a wonderful writer.

Enjoyable if somewhat twisting things to fit the plot more than probability at times. I liked the honesty of the main character's thoughts.

I loved this book! The end was a tiny bit lack luster for me, but…overall I’d give it five stars for sure! It had be on the edge of my seat, the whole time. The narration is one of the best I’ve ever read! If you like true crime and two voice narrations, this one is for you!!

This won an Audie for best narration mystery. I can see why. It’s a masterclass. The book was excellent. I’ve listened to a few true crime podcasts and found that aspect fun. I was surprised and amused. I will listen to this again. That’s why 5 stars.

This narrator completely brought the characters to life with their nuanced voice acting, capturing the emotions of each character perfectly, making the story feel incredibly immersive and captivating.

So so good! I wish I could say more but I would be giving it away. Just buy it you won’t be sorry. I was only sorry it ended.

Couldn’t stop listening from beginning to the end!

Not my type of book. Main character caustic and obnoxious. Read like a chick lit romance rather than a mystery. Characters felt like place holders rather than real people.

This was such a FUN book to listen too! The narrators were fantastic! The story was a fun thriller that kept me guessing, laughing and enjoying the entire time. I hope there is sequel with grandma included! I will be recommending this book to friends, family and anyone that will hear me. If you are on the fence, don't be choose this book and have a listen.
