Unabridged Audiobook
This was a lovely story. I enjoyed the various characters and their development. It was a bit of a mystery, Alice in Wonderland tale for adults. So very enjoyable!!!
I am stunned that this book has been given 4.5 stars by reviewers and bade it on the NYT best sellers list. The characters were underdeveloped cardboard; the romances were adolescent, and; the themes, of which there were too many, were treated in an almost trivial way. I could go on and on but I won’t. While I do enjoy a good fantasy, this one did not hold together. The prose was cliche’. I cannot recommend this book.

Very good with unexpected rwist.
I jumped into reading this without reading the synopsis and it took me about a third of the way through to realize there was magic in the storyline. Then the magic didn’t seem to make sense. And the ending was just blah. Not very conclusive. I was hoping there was a sequel to tie up some loose ends, but sadly no.
DNF.. couldn’t hold my interest
Great read that will hold your interest from beginning to end. The last few chapters were too predictable but entertaining enough to finish.
Really enjoyed this story from start to finish. Genuine and complex characters, with a little bit of magic that draws you in. Excellent narration all around.

Sweet fast little book
The story is wonderful and engaging. My only complaint is that the last part about her father's identity was completely unnecessary and just weird.
This was a good book and good narration, would recommend for easy reading :)
