Impressed and thoroughly entertained throughout. Spat out laughing more than once. Will need to find her other books. Excellent narrator as well…wouldn’t have been the same w/o Elsa! ;-)

I LOVED everything about this book. I am a self-professed reading snob and did not expect this book to be so well written with some perfectly flawed and lovable characters. Keeps you thinking and wondering all the way through. One of those books that you can't wait to finish.... but then so sad when it's over! Narration was fabulous but I know I would've loved it just as much if I'd read it.

Good!

I enjoyed this book very much. Good characters and I particularly liked Mabel I will possibly read again. Very entertaining.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It is a very well written and engaging book, funny and sad. Elsie is a wonderful character and the way the story unfolds kept me listening for hours. The narration was excellent also.

Loved this book!!!! It kept my interest and I finished listening in under two days. Great storyline and narration. I may listen to it again even though I know all the twists. Highly recommend this book.

Awesome!

Great character development, super supporting characters, humorous, devilish, thoroughly enjoyable. Mabel is someone you’ll never forget. I found it so intriguing that I started listening a second time immediately. Persephone is a doll.

Great narrator and terrific story.

Good read

I loved everything about this book! This was a journey that I became deeply invested in and was sad when it came to an end. So many unexpected turns that kept me listening. Great story!

Narration made this book extra special :)

This book was funny and sad all at the same Time!

I was expecting this story to be fun and snarky so I wasn't expecting there to be as many sad parts but I still loved it. The narrators did a great job!

I absolutely loved this book! I couldn’t stop listening to it & stayed up late in the night to hear the ending. The narrator did an excellent job! I highly recommend.

Engaging mystery with charm and wit

I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical when I started this book, but quickly fell in love with it. My heart goes to Mabel, who overcame loneliness, betrayal and loss, and never lost her sense of humor.

Good story with attention to flow. Makes you count your blessings.

Would give 6 stars if I could. Loved this book. Funny and heartbreaking all at the same time. My heart is full.

Sally Hepworths’ evocative writing brought each chapter to life making this clever, witty, intriguing mystery novel a true page turner that I couldn’t put down. The narrator was the perfect choice. Mad Mabel will make you laugh, smile, cry, and cheer!
