Absolute garbage sold as science. I am a physician and the "physiology" and nutritional "facts" written about in this book are hogwash. It is practically malpractice. You would be much better served listening to the "YOU" series by Oz and Roizen. They have the real facts straight and give you practical advice that will serve you well. Gray has obviously made money on his Mars and Venus concept and applying it to everything that can be sold.

This book was great if you understand basic scientific terms like "seratonin" and "dopamine". He doesn't really explain things in lamemans terms. I followed it okay, because I'm studing to be a dietian. I would say that the paper book would be a lot easier to follow because you can "look" at the words and remember a lot better. This audiobook is a basic guide to better health and is not a "diet plan" layed out with receipes. It does explain about why men need different nutrients than women. And how when each person in a relationship is getting the right nutrients, their relationship is better. I recommend this book if you are married or living together and are curious about the science behind the mood swings. All-in-all, a good book and typical John Gray.

Being the fact I am studing the diet industry this book interested me. After you read the Dr. Phils and who ever this book brings you the other side. It explains why you have girlfriends (to pitty party) and why you have male female relationships. This book explains why men don't join pitty parties. They are there to fix things and move on. After hearing this book it gives me an insite to how to have my man feel more like the great protector he is ment to be. I don't want my husband to be a girlfriend. The next time we are camping and I hear something outside he's getting up because I'm thinking the whole next day will be better because he was the protector. This is not a head game book but a 'these are the facts" book and how to use the imfomation to create peace and harmany.
