The Metal Monster: A Gripping Science Fiction / Fantasy Classic of Cosmic Horror and Living Machines Hidden beneath the Himalayas.

A hidden valley. A legion of lost ancient warriors. And an unearthly intelligence made of living, thinking metal.

Follow botanist Dr. Walter Goodwin as he ventures into the remote and uncharted Trans-Himalayas, seeking peace but finding a living nightmare. Along with young adventurer Dick Drake and the stranded Ventnor siblings, Goodwin is plunged into a desperate game of survival. Hunted by the bloodthirsty, armored legions of ancient Persia, their only salvation lies with Norhala—an otherworldly, lightning-wielding goddess. But the geometric shapes of cubes, spheres, and pyramids that serve her are far more than weapons. They are a terrifying hive-mind of conscious, animate metal capable of assembling into towering monsters and shaping the very mountains themselves.
