I totally enjoyed this book,, I had never read any of his stories and will definitely look for more of stories with Frances Baird.

I don't care for books that portray women so readily to be "in love" with a guy they don't know but thats just me. otherwise good read.

Good story. Instead of portraying the heroine as a detective with superhuman abilities to solve crimes, the author has her make mistakes and fumble around until she comes upon the truth in the end.

I enjoyed this book and it was easy to follow
