Unabridged Audiobook
It was good
Sally is good at plots but has no idea about how people speak, too many “of which” etc from supposedly working class people. It irritates me and gets into the way of the of the plots, which are generally good. Also too many words stating the obvious. This latest book could have been a quarter of the length, we don’t need a whole minute of narrative to understand the thoughts of a detective facing a difficult moment. The narrator is excellent. I think I will go elsewhere foe future listening, a shame, because the plots are pretty good
