I loved this book. Lily Allen is a courageous, brave, hugely entertaining writer.

I hope that Lily Allen never “shuts up”. She has so much to say that is truly inspirational to women.

My favorite genre is memoirs written by witty women. This fits the bill. Now that I'm done listening I feel a void...Why isn't Lily reading to me while I do the dishes or drive to work? Thanks, Lily, for a great story!

I can't comment on the narrator - how do you even rate the way someone conveys their own thoughts and feelings to the whole world? Honestly, I didn't expect anything from this book, and I hadn't known a lot about about Lily herself, I just came across this audiobook via VIP rewards, and gods, I gained so much. If I could, I'd thank Lily for writing this down, and saying all this. Even for someone not being able to relate to basically anything she experienced, hearing her story mattered. It mattered a lot.

loved how honest she was throughout and that she spoke openly about the sexual assaults she endured. woman need to hear stories like this. you are not alone.

I had no clue who she was, but this is a wonderful read: I love lily’s voice. One of the best narrators. You obviously don’t need to know her to like this book. I recommend it.

Such a strong, visceral book. It took courage even to listen, I can't even imagine the courage it took to read it by the author herself.

Lily writes with brutal honesty, about her experiences, her growth and her screw-ups. Listening to the audiobook in her distinctive voice adds another level of intimacy and authenticity. I've only ever been a casual listener of some of her music, but would now be happy to call myself a fan as I loved every minute.

I had never heard of this singer. Was shocked at her life story. Loved listening to her bored as hell British narration.
