Summary
Jeffrey Blackmore suspiciously made two wills, both deceptively alike, but still, in a cunning way, completely different. John Thorndyke, equally cunning and smart, smells something fishy. With stylish cool and logic, he leads the story up to its marvelous and fully credible climax. (Summary by Neeru Iyer)

Great story! Even though I guessed part of the mystery’s explanation part way through, the story was not boring, even though it was long.

The changing narrations make a very good book very difficult to follow...

Ran Mattison... I really like this author, and his characters. I have listened to, The Eye of Osiris, The Vanishing Man, The Uttermost Farthing, The Red Thumb Mark, and now this book. And I will definitely be looking for more in your collection from R. Austin Freeman! :)
