When freelance writer and coyote shifter Scott Jefferson goes to Fox Hollow to research an abandoned mine with a shady history, seaplane pilot Justin Miller is happy to show him around. Sparks fly, and even though Justin isn't a shifter, he and Scott just might be fated mates.

The mine has a reputation for bad luck, and its new owners have paranormal connections and links to organized crime. Strange creatures have recently appeared, endangering residents. Local ghosts are restless, warning of danger. Rumor has it that a dark witch wants to release a monster trapped inside.

Scott and Justin find themselves in the crosshairs as threats make it clear someone doesn't want attention drawn to the old mine. Disappearances and unexplained deaths up the stakes. When a photo shoot goes badly wrong, Scott finds himself alone in the forest, hurt and hunted. Can he outwit his pursuers, stop the monsters, and protect the people he loves, or will his dreams go up in smoke and flames.

Necessities is a MM shifter romance filled with sexy shifters, found family, fated mates, helpful psychics, magic, monsters, a close-knit small town, and a very happy ending.
