एक तरफ़ नीरजा का एक साथी उसके रास्ते में रोड़े अटका रहा था जिसके लिए नीरजा को उस से दो टूक बात करनी पड़ी. वहीं उसकी निजी ज़िंदगी में तूफ़ान बढ़ते जा रहे थे और उसके पति राजीव ने उसे ultimatum दे दिया.

Neerja's theory about the victim gets little support from the team and when she notices that she is being opposed by her colleague, she confronts him. She decides to focus on her family life instead. Rajeev is struggling with his burnout and needs her support. The murder case is taking more and more of her attention and Rajeev gives her an ultimatum.
