I like the relationship development between Rionna and Caelen. At times I feel like Rionna takes on the role of meek wife, which I don't like, but their spice more than makes up for it!

This trilogy is one of the best that I've read by Maya Banks. It kept me wanting to continue on and see what would happen next, great story, no fluff. The narrator was great also as a storyteller she kept it exciting. Great job Maya !

I loved this audio book! It has strong leading characters and a beautiful love story! The narrator was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I was able to imagine all the wonderful dialogue and see the scenes clearly! The author wrote a GREAT STORY! I've listened to all three books! This one is my favorite because the female character was so strong in it! Not to say the other female characters in her other two books weren't strong. They were! I just liked this one better! I would recommend this to anyone who loves highlander like books with both man and woman strong characters!
