Did I miss the ending?

I think this maybe his best book and the narrator was great

I felt like this book would not have been published if it were not written by a famous author. It felt like something he wrote on lunch break while he was writing a real book.

Typical Michael Connelly novel. Not sure author will find enough material on the “Isl of Santa Catalina.” But, he has set himself (or rather he has set up Det. Stilwell) for at least another adventure on the island ️. Worthwhile read . . .

It's hard for me to believe Michael Connelly wrote this. U found the dialogue strained and shallow. The characters were one dimensional and the plot seemed to be formulaic. I am an avid reader (listener) of the Bosch and Lincoln Lawyer novels. This character has promise but needs major development.

Loved this new series. Loved the location, characters and their dynamic, and the story itself. Can't wait to see more of this series!

I really enjoyed the main character Sally and being absorbed in the unfolding events.

We so enjoyed the story and the telling of it. We listened to it on our Christmas vacation drive to and back. Timed out perfectly. Kept us engaged all the way to the end!

Love this author keeps you on the edge of your seat.

Best i've ever experienced...read heard whatever. Check my record i've listended to hundreds. first my hats off to michael connely. best story ever written. references to 'mainland" i can relate to since we live in hawaii, the ending was very strong with a couple of plot lines going. like a fine wine "nightshade" has an awesom finnish

Nice introduction to a new set of characters. Overall I enjoyed it although the ending felt slightly abrupt. I'm a Bosch fan and Stillwell seems like a stand up guy...

This was a decent listen… great to escape into when you have the need. Good escapism and entertainment. Micheal doing Micheal with very good narration.
