Unabridged Audiobook
I stoped an hour in. By that point there were still no actionable steps, just a long infomercial for NLP. The recording would randomly repeat itself. Also some creepy things about hypnotizing and manipulating women were mentioned. I am disappointed to have spent my time and money on this book.
In summary, the book is good for anyone who's interested in the application of NLP without the jargon or theory based discussions and the steps make it easy to learn.
The techniques are presented in steps and fully explained. Instead of the usual NLP jargon, the writing is quite clear, making it easy to practice the tools instantly. The material is easy to understand even if you don't have a background in NLP.
Having practiced NLP for 25 years I am so envious of the ease with which a student can acess such excellent knowledge today! Wonderful complete compilation of knowledge.
The biggest problem with this book is that is is big and comprehensive. It is easy to understand but dense reading and will take a long time to get through. NLP requires practice and there is enough in hear to keep you practicing something new for the rest of your life. Great book just open it anywhere and start reading
This is an excellent detailed, hands on NLP book regarding hundreds of very effective NLP techniques. Each strategy is described in detail and produces desired results.
This book is easy to read and has no filler, which can be common with NLP books. Which I can understand to a point when it comes to motivating someone to get excited about learning the material and explaining why NLP works. If you're looking for a straight the the point book on NLP then this is it.
It is really good book of different techniques, recipes approaches. I like to look into it from time to time. However, if you want to learn NLP from it - don't try. The book is very dry, it's like encyclopedia of NLP.
