Unabridged Audiobook
NLP techniques presented in narrative form to help understand their application. Easy and helpful read with very practical applications for anyone
I have been a looking into NLP for about a year with growing interest and this was the first book I've read on the subject. It was written well and easy to read.
Excellent Book, I like that the story happens after a year of the previous book and that it has the exercices to take you to the next level. I like that is written as a story, it helped me understand the excercises easily so I can apply them. So far, what I have applied have helped me a lot
I've always been interested in learning about NLP principles. This book did not scrimp on techniques and sharing practical applications. It made me want to learn more about NLP.
A friend told me that I should look into NLP so I decided this was a good book to start with. It is very easy to understand and informative. I've only read a few chapters but I've also learned a lot. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is interested in becoming a better person.
I have benefitted so much from only several of the techniques. I could go for hours about N L P. There are hundreds of powerful , everyday useful exercises. No this doesn't cover them all lol that would be a lot more books. However it is a good place to start.
So many NLP books are overly complicated. I thought this did a FANTASTIC job of being helpful, powerful, but uncomplicated. I felt myself falling into it and took many breaks to digest what I'd just read.
I haven’t finished the book yet, but found the first few chapters already equipped me with effective methods to get a hold on how I feel about certain tasks at work. It is empowering! I heard of NLP many years ago, probably first from Tony Robins’ book; but I found the content in this book (so far in chapter 4) much easier to grasp.
Just as the title says, this is the ultimate introduction to NLP from the man himself, Richard Bandler. If you're just developing your interest and want to get your feet wet, this is an excellent place to start.
I have been using the techniques described in "The Ultimate Introduction to NLP" and in "How to Take Charge of Your Life" (same authors) for about a week now and am already feeling incredibly better about the past and very hopeful about the future.
