Another excellent Lucas Davenport novel.
In my rating of "Prey" stories, this one at the bottom of my list. Just disappointing in general. It didn't capture my attention like the others did.
Terrific book! Not what I expected! Action packed; you never knew what was going to happen next! Excellent Read!
We loved the reader, but missed our Virgil F reader when he became a big part of the plot. My wife does not appreciate Davenport's sexism/testosterone,
other than losing her a bit due to that, we enjoyed this book on a long drive.
Great story, but really really missed Eric Conger as narrator. He IS the voice of Virgil and he was missed.
Richard Ferrone is extraordinary...
If I could give it a 3.5 I would. It's a good book but some parts in the middle to end were just too much, some of it could have been abbreviated and it would have been outstanding.
One of the best Sandford books. Both Flowers and Davenport together. Great read. I've always loved the narrator.
Really grabs your attention & holds it to the end.
Outstanding and the best of all the Lucas series. Virgil always adds to the fun. And I LOVED the authors note at the end.
Great book Virgil and Lucas are my favorites
