Unabridged Audiobook
Juliet Blackwell has a way of weaving words that I love. She seems to write like I think, and her way of drawing you into a story is subtle. In this novel, she parallels 2 women in different times, both trying to be authentic. However, each is finding that what sustains them could crumble if they are honest. And Xe Sands- when she reads, it is like a friend is reading to me. From the first word to the epilogue, her voice rings true. A fantastic narrator!
