I had no idea Al Franken was so negative! it was really funny how he described his awful mistakes. I laughed out loud in my car and actually paid attention to some of his lessons, including the difference between rules and advice.

I had a few chuckles from this book, but some of it felt like filler material with not much substance. If you don't expect too much and like sarcasm, you might enjoy this book.

Al is great again. This is a very enjoyable audio book, and well worth the time. He is a master at his trade.

I found this book to be very funny and would recommend it to anyone that enjoys dry humor. I laughed all the way to work!

Entertaining as hell! You'll even gain some great life advice if you're not too literal a person. Highly recommended.

I've enjoyed every book I've read/listened to by Al Franken, but this one left me flat. It was a very SHORT 3 CD's (whipped through it in a 1.5 days of my commute), and frankly... wasn't as entertaining/insightful as his other works. If you are a fan, sure, rent it. If you haven't listened to Al Franken yet, find another title.

An enjoyable book; witty humor that even made me laugh out loud at times. Franken's observations about life are described in a way that most can relate to them.
