Unabridged Audiobook
It was informative, touching and amazing. Definitely something I will listen to again. I know the author from debates, interviews and podcasts. This was an amazing experience.
This book had a significant impact on me. It’s powerful when an author can effectively convey the gravity and horrors that took place in Israel on October 7, 2023. I feel every college student should read or listen to this book.
Absolutely the best book I have found on the long history of Israel and Gaza and especially about the current war. Descriptions of war are not easy to read or listen to, but the author puts all the material in context. Everyone should read this book for many reasons.
Douglas Murray is a real historian, and this historical account should be required reading by our university students as well as their poorly informed professors before we are saddled with future leaders whose minds have been polluted by editorialists masquerading as experts. Western civilization will need more light like this book shining in the darkness if it is to survive.
Amazing! Thank you for speaking the truth.
You can hear the vitriol dripping from the narrator’s voice. Hand selecting pieces of evidence, leaving out major counter arguments, to make his point. Additionally, highlighting aspects of things that don’t have anything to do with anything. Thanks for bringing up someone’s blue hair and pronouns in your history of Israel, Gaza, Democracy, and Death Cults. Read this to grow my perspective on the issue, and challenge my opinions. It did nothing to change or challenge my opinions. But, take my preconceived bias for what it is. Read/Listen to “One Day, Everyone Will Have Always Been Against This” instead.

An excellent summary of the events in & around Israel. 2023-2024
This is a thorough piece of journalistic work, adding (often quite shocking) factual information to what I already researched… What a sad situation, that the world has become so polarised about this (to my view disproportionately mediatised) conflict; those who should read this will not read it… This is a very, very instructive book. I recommend it firmly to everyone who allows him or herself to look into this disaster from a different and maybe new perspective…
Excellent! A Must! Warning: Extremely hard to listen, especially if sensitive to events [potential spoiler removed]
A great overview of the history of the Israel-Palestine conflict and the current state of the un-moored morality of the western left, especially on college campuses. For those of us who came of age insisting that to be pro_Palestinian had never meant denial of Israel's right to exist, this book forces a reckoning.
