Unabridged Audiobook
loved it great narrator, good creators and good ending.
I never figure out the villain in books until this one which was disappointing! And the last hour was tedious, the only reason I kept listening was the narrator was so good!
Soooo booorrrriinnggg. Was expecting so much more. I know I'm in the minority here but seriously NOTHING happened for at least 2 1/2 hours in. And then when it finally did, it drug out for the entire rest of the book. Would not recommend.
The narrator was fabulous! I really liked the story line and the mystery.
This is the best of all the Ruth Ware audiobooks. it is a suspenseful, keep you on the edge of your seat mystery with great characters. The reading by Imogen Church nails it also!
I love Ruth Ware's stories, but I need to build a bunker for all the f-bombs. Ridiculously overdone. But I love Imogen Church and I'm glad she reads all of Ruth's books (at least the ones I've listened to).
Love Ruth Ware and Imogen Church!
Entertaining but incredibly suspenseful? No. There’s an array of characters but you never get to know them in depth, maybe that is not the point but think it would have made the narrative richer.
It kept me in suspense the entire time.
Kept me guessing for quite awhile!!
I enjoy a thriller where I can’t figure out who did it right away — and this was one where it took me awhile to catch on! I love the guessing game and being shocked when I finally figure it out. Additionally, the narrator is 10/10 — Imogen Church is incredible.
Love Ruth Ware books. Enjoy that this doesn't quite follow her regular plot lines. And of course I don't think her books would be as fun if it wasn't for Imogen Church narration.
Ruth Ware and Imogen Church are an award winning combination! Another brilliantly written novel performed by a master!
love this reader, female version of Dick Hill...by far the best reader out there...still listening to story...gets a little slow, redundant at end, but Imogen keeps you there, in the story with the characters with her sometimes, breathy voice...i can see her breath in the cold chalet...
An hour too long. The mystery is resolved but the author continues on for an hour with unnecessary information.
I didn’t really get to know the characters. The story is way too long. Would not recommend
I love Ruth Ware’s books and this one was no exception. The characters were well-developed with a good, suspenseful plot. The location of the chalet in the midst of an avalanche was great; the brutal cold almost felt like another character moving among the guests. Imogen Church narrates all Ware’s books and she is a fantastic narrator. I highly recommend this one!
