Original Works by Dr. Buteyko and 1988 Buteyko Breathing Manual

This thought-provoking collection of original material, translated from Russian includes interviews with Dr. Buteyko covering the development of his ideas from 1962 to 1998 and his main CEOB ( Conscious Elimination of Deep Breathing ) manual. It is important because it provides insight into the power of his method when used by trained practitioners, especially in a clinical setting.
