Entertaining yet smart, with good background research and a touch of local colour.

This was superb! The stories get better and better! It’s just great that Mrs P has been keeping up her Karate - you never know when it will come in handy! The narrator is great but I have a couple of thoughts: 1. Her Mrs P sounds more English than American to me. I could be wrong. It doesn’t detract from the overall tone or experience of the narrative and adventure. It suits her. 2. I wonder why she (the narrator), maintains a loud carrying voice when it is VERY Apparent that Mrs P is talking softly or discreetly? It says so in the text, yet she bellows it out in her normal tone (which is very carrying)! She loses a star for that! Notwithstanding her gift with accents is really good!
