i thought this book was very helpful in helping me understand what is happening to me. i am new to panic attacks and was looking for any help and at times i was suffering . i would spend nights trying to go to sleep and the attack would keep me from doing so. i have had attacks last for hours at a time,i did not know what to do. thanks to this book i am learning more about them and how to cope with them thank you very much for the knowledge you have shared with all of us who suffer. james
