This book is really an open letter to the Rt. Hon. Andy Burnham MP and anybody else for that matter that can or will do something about the terrible state of the United Kingdom at the present time. It may not get published without major amendment but let’s try and tell it as it is first and see what happens. I believe a major cause of the recent mess is politically motivated. I will not begin to discuss the whys and wherefores and will concentrate on one fact I believe to be the crux of the problem. I dare to say that my thinking over the last few years has been that there is too much competitive argy bargy between political parties leaving no time to discuss the important issues that arise in governing a country. I am now extremely proud to say after years of research, that George Washington came to the same conclusion over 2 hundred years ago. This book is finally going to attempt to convince as many people as I can that George and I are right.
