Unabridged Audiobook
I object to the term "pegan" because it is highly misleading. This diet has almost nothing to do with being vegan. It isn't a compromise with the principles of veganism; it's a flat out denial. That said, the author provides a long and detailed introduction about various approaches to healthy eating, and the approach she prefers--but mislabels as "pegan"---is a sensible diet for people are going to eat animal products. The avoidance of premade, packaged food is a good thing! The book also contains recipes which do look good (I haven't tried any), do look easy, and would be nutritious.
