Abridged Audiobook
Lacks creditability when the author uses derogatory words to describe a group of people when framing an argument how use positive words .
This was a wonderful selection. It was clear, concise, believeable, and practical. The examples were effective, and the solutions were obtainable. Words can be meaningful, hurtful, helpful, inspiring, or life changing and this author did a great job making his case. Those who live by his words will benefit for a lifetime.
I found this audiobook fairly corny, but affirming. It serves as a reminder to exercise the "Golden Rule" and be a positive -- not toxic -- force in the lives of people you care about. It had obvious tips: Be friendly, listen attentively, don't use vulgar language, use humor to put people at ease. It was an easy, but not groundbreaking, listen.
