great book, a little bit of ddp, a little bit of history, a little bit of motivation, a little bit of ddpy and a little bit of nutrition

I love it! It got me on a positive vibe and I am feeling better. DDP brings many fitness and yoga stories, but that is what he knows. You can take these stories and replace the yoga and fitness with other stuff. This book is what I needed
