Unabridged Audiobook
narrator is quality tactical genre sound. I did spend 20 minutes distracted by the idea of the scientist wearing a lab coat under his jacket while away from the lab. it feels like a juvenile attempt to identify who the smart guy is supposed to be but realistically you would not wear a filthy lab coat like that underneath your real clothes, even if they still do away from your work you would know to take it off and hang it on a hook or put it in a dirty bin. if you thought that there was something on site that he would be concerned about getting on him he would probably be wearing a better cover suit, not a lab coat. anyway, carry on
I enjoyed the various story lines. The jumps forward in time help the authors touch on multiple movie's settings I suppose. The authors seemed to either only have a passing familiarity with the military or just intentionally glossed over a lot.
The story is great and somewhat nostalgic. I was pleasantly surprised with how well written it was and how it connects to the movies. A great read for anyone who is a fan of military stories and/or the predator franchise.
Great listen, Great story
It was pretty good! I think the narrator was decent, but was expecting more emotion when Marcus was killed.
Great listen! I like the short story format. And the different narratives really draw you in. I personally would like a few spin off stories on some of those stories. I also like how you can just listen to this this ebook and still feel caught up. The previous ebooks were great standalone too.
