Unabridged Audiobook
Putting trauma to sleep was well-researched and dove into the science behind sleep issues, trauma, and ways in which the two correlate. It was a much more clinical read that I thought it would be but I found the subject matter really interesting, particularly how the current therapeutic methods are likely not addressing the ties between trauma and sleep issues. Recognizing signs and symptoms I've seen play out in my own life felt validating. Listening to this via audiobook likely made it harder to connect with the scientific style of writing but it was a book you could pick up and put down as needed.
