This book is a game changer. The author obviously has a lot of experience in his industry and seems to hold nothing back while giving great insight on how to be successful in real estate. The lessons obviously apply to any industry though, if you have an entrepreneurial spirit. Five stars in my opinion, I look forward to more.

This book is among the most important for any real estate agent and leader. This is a winning playbook and guide to use to grow as a successful real-estate agent and leader. The practical real estate guidance that directly impacts performance, like aligning individuals with a clear team plan and developing a smarter and more consistent culture of success, is what I love about this book. I purchased the audiobook. Brandon Rimes is genuine, empathetic, and engaging when he speaks. It feels as though you have your own personal coach. He is motivating and inspiring, and by the end of the book, you will have a plethora of amazing notes, content, and skills to explore and try. I enjoyed listening to the impact of social media and the strategies he has used that have been successful. Brandon helps lay the foundation for your business with relevant career experience and discusses only the successful strategies and examples that have produced a successful and top-earning real estate team. I always thought it would be intimidating to become a high-producing agent, but this book offers a road map to help you build a profitable real estate career. He has inspired me to challenge myself and branch out of my comfort zone.
