Very slow to start and did not care for the profanity

Seriously messed up. But I liked the writing style and the narrator. Was an easy and enjoyable listen.

This book was so unbelievably written. The main character was so weak and insipid.

I thoroughly enjoyed this until the big twist. it was sort of predictable on who may be behind it but not so much the how. wish it went a different direction with the outcomes bc kf the reasoning the person had. but still enjoyed it.

I did not like this book

I guess I have listened to a couple of books lately where decisions made are ridiculous and diminishes believability in the story. The mystery was well orchestrated. .

The storyline was ridiculous. I didn't like any of the characters, especially the main one. She made stupid decisions that made me not care what happened to her.

I know a lot of people liked this book however; I found it lacking in so many ways. Seemed to jump around, some of it made little to no sense. Narrator - when she was trying to do someone else’s voice was comical at times.

Disjointed and while it had its moments, the story left a lot to be desired…plot holes, unrelatable , a stretch for even the barely defined characters.

Definitely was thrown for a loop! I love when I can’t figure out the end! Very good!

The ending was quite a surprise! Great book with lots of twists and turns. I couldn’t stop listening!

Liked the idea of the story but found it lacking in several areas . Main character was not developed enough thru most of story for me to care about her but did like the ending

I liked this book better than I expected to. Definitely twistier than most. I wasn’t thrilled with the narrator, rather overdone at times, but she didn’t detract from the story.

Far fetched but soooo fun and twisted!!!

The storyline was mediocre and the narrator was very difficult to listen to. She spoke like a stoned valley girl and to be frank, it got on my nerves and distracted from the story.

This story was ridiculous. I can’t believe I continued with it until the end.

I loved this story for the most part. I truly thought she was following a true crime. Never saw the twist coming. Did feel sad that she had soo many betray her for 1 mistake. Wish I knew who contacted her later. But I’m guessing we will never know.

I liked this read. Some parts made me gasp out loud! I liked the narrator also. I will, without question, look for more books by this author!

I loved the book, I loved the twist, it took me along for the ride and I went from supporting the main character and flip flopping as the story evolved. I’ve read some of the comments and they are harsh - it’s a good listen and will seek author out again.

Slow start but it picks up and grabs your attention

This was a really good book. I enjoyed the big twist at the end and definitely didn’t see it coming. However I wish there was a little more reflection on the husband’s side and her friend.

I liked the suspense, was not what I expected, so many ways it could have gone! slow start but definitely catches you!

I thought it was a great book, kept me connected and guessing.

There were parts of the story that just pushed the idea of being possible. Lots of twists and turns, a very unexpected ending. Narrator was good but to me, didn’t sound mature enough for the main character. And the voice used for Amy was totally irritating. Overall though, a good listen.

I loved the book, at the beginning I was frustrated with the main actor but the twist was amazing!!

Was very slow in several areas and seemed to lose its plot here and there. Many areas didn't add up or weren't realistic. Main character seemed immature and unbelievable. Narrator did a good job and it was an enjoyable 'trip' book.

I loved the main character here. I kept questioning but also rooting for her at the same time. Her voice is so distinctive and her “happy ending” was incredibly satisfying. Parts of the plot were definitely a stretch, but overall, this was a really enjoyable read.

This audio was excellent, You won't realize who the villains are until the end. Just when you think all is lost. Guess who prevails? For a perk audio I was pleasantly surprised.
