The slowest burn! Loved the story and the characters. Quick, easy and very enjoyable read.

Cute and engaging. Predictable but a good easy listen.

At the start, I wasn't quite sure what to think of this book; it appeared rather tedious, and I almost quit reading. But I'm thankful I continued. It was such a delightful read. I really appreciated the witty banter between Holly and Jax. Plus, it was charming how their friendship blossomed into something more. I can't wait to dive into more books by Katie Bailey.

A very cute story. Loved the male lead.

The first half of this book is cute and funny. The banter is witty and the characters are interesting. The inner monologue gets extremely repetitive towards the end, like the book needed to meet a word goal. In addition, the playful banter turned into eye roll cheesiness. There were no real obstacles for them to overcome, just you can do this. This is a good light read, but would have been better if it was a little shorter at the end.

Super cute book. Read this as a palette cleanser from all the smut/dark romance I normally read. This book made me giggle and remember how it felt to get those first butterflies when falling in love. Helped too that the humor they share reminds me of me and my husband. 10/10 would recommend.
