I loved this book. Mason and Mackenna met in high school. Mason the typical bad boy bully and Mackenna the bookish quiet qirl that didnt look for trouble but trouble found her when Mason set his sights on her. Fast forward 10 years and when they meet again the dynamic has changed and neither are who they used to be. I love the chemistry between these to MC's and watching their relationship grow and evolve through this book was great. The narrators did amazing with this audiobook, really brought it to life.

Kept the yearning acute and painful, readers will root for this adorable couple definitely.Mason was spoiled a bit, brattish but his heart was in the right place. Mac was a tad too dumb. She goes unaccompanied and sans protection in the villain's house and doesn't get proof. Half the book was reminiscent, half grovel. So it was OK for meNarrated beautifully by Edward Black & Mia Madison, it's a good story for people who like mild spice and extra sentiments sprinkled on their story.4 stars

This was definitely a cute read/listen!! The banter in the story is perfect! The spice is hot and not over the top, but perfect amount! These two work so perfectly together even though you don’t think they should haha. Definitely worth the read!! And I love that they never change who they truly are!! As for the narrating I love the people chosen for this and they did an amazing job! I just personally wish it were duet style! But I loved it all the same!!

(Audio) Interesting plot. I didn’t think it was going there after reading part 1. The bully romance was great. I really enjoyed that aspect and how emotional it was to see mason in such state. The spice could have been a bit hotter. The audio was good 4⭐️ 2.5️ 3.5
