The Red Slippers: Based on an Egyptian folk tale

              It is the time of the pharaohs and the pyramids.

                           Maia, a young Egyptian girl is kidnapped and

                           forced to do housework in a stranger’s home. 

                           Her only possessions are the clothes she wears,

                           of these her pride and joy are her red slippers.

                           But when one of these is stolen, how can she get

                           it back?
