Unabridged Audiobook
It’s supposed to be one of the more epic series in this author’s collection but this book is 80% merchant trade stuff. Stock talk and debts and loan payments and not much action. I stuck with it because I’m ready to see what happens in the next book.
Of the two books I've listened to of this series, this one's main character Ru, is possibly the character I disliked the most. I had hoped he'd grow into a fairly decent person but he doesn't. He has nothing much if anything to like about him. The rest of the story however is enjoyable.
