Unabridged Audiobook
Loved it! F. Scott Fitzgerald would have loved it. And Edith Wharton too
Just Capital! Loved the novel and enjoyed the narration very much. Found myself researching for photos and maps of NYC from that era.
What a marvelous novel! I left this book feeling a bit sad to see the last of Katy. There were times I laughed aloud, times I had to look up words I hadn't heard and times I I could have clapped. A fantastic group of characters brought to life in a bygone era of New York.
I loved this start to finish. Brings you vividly into another world with twists and turns and beautifully crafted characters.
How Amor Towles shifts from time and place in his novels with such accuracy in language, food and drink is amazing.
