I listened to the audiobook version of this story and it is one hot, hot read. The story starts of with how this group got together and it give a great insight to the dynamics of the relationship. I will say the spice does take off from the very beginning and the first half is definitely more spice than plot. We get to know the characters well and see their relationship develop before the plot really hits hard and square in the chest. The story then takes a nice suspenseful turn that sucked me in and kept me hooked. Loved the darkish undertones, the suspense and definitely loved the spice. Some of those scenes had me sweating!! And I couldn't get enough of the boyfriends who are boyfriends. The narration by Tempest Mensah, Blake Lockheart, PJ Freebourn, and Michael Gallagher was really good. Definitely one hot read!
