I loved it. It was so bittersweet and made me cry a few times but I really adored this story. Abby never misses. Never.

I love this book

I loved it at times but did get frustrated with the choices the characters were making.

Well I say this after every book I read but this book…this book right here is spectacular! The sweetest love story with real life stories mixed in! It was AMAZING!! Thanks again ABBY!!

I usually love Abby’s stories. But this one seemed to stall -the one year storyline of the book felt like it took 10. The first half was great as usual- but then just a seemed like a rerun. The narrators were wonderful.

It wasn’t really what I was expecting; I guess I tho if it the ending would be different and more sweet, but instead it was Xavier moving to be with her. Which don’t get me wrong, that’s sweet…but again, I just thought it was going to pull more heartstrings out of me.

Narration was great!!

I felt like it was about two hours too long--so much longing and angst.

Loved it. Finished it in 3 days. The Mom's diagnosis brought me to tears as it is what I am dealing with these days with my dad. I also have an Xavier and I love him soo.

Interesting story of long-distance Romance . It reminded me of my own similar situation ,Although we were younger , and our rare visits were not congenital . It was a lot of letters ( no cell phones) while he was in Europe or another State finishing College. Over 4 years . But this book dragged on TOO long !!

Another great book by AJ. She’s the queen of entertaining love stories. Just minus one star for the descriptive sex scenes. I know it’s a personal preference thing, but I like my books a little more pg.

Loved it! This was hard one … I am my mother’s caretaker and in a relationship where distance makes it difficult - not like Samantha and Xavier, but one where I only get to see him once a week and it’s hard. This book gave all the feels, hit home more than once and made me think about what is really important. My favorite AJ book so far!!, even if at times I wanted to smack Tristan!!

I really enjoyed this story. I know this type of novel isn’t super complex, but I love how the author develops the characters. She often brings in special topics. This story hit me. I love when I connect to stories emotionally. I already hoping she writes another one and that it doesn’t take too long.

Another great book by Abby! It was a realistic look at long-distance relationships and caring for a sick family member. This book had real heart and very real challenges that the characters had to navigate. The author dealt with them with her usual warmth, humor and compassion. The narrators were wonderful, too!

Abby did a masterful joke b of portraying the frustration, highs and lows of caring for a parent with Alzheimer’s. Well done ❤️

Abby Jimenez always hits it out of the park. This book was thoughtful and made me laugh out loud at times. It also made me stop and reflect on my own life and the memories that I want to save and make. The narrators made the characters come to life. Absolutely loved it!
