Very useful book with many actionable tips. I’ve read/listened to it 3 times so far and everytime I got something new from it. Probably one of my favorite books of all times. The first time I read it, it really helped me with studying for my final exams. I took a break to play videogames after every 1,5 hours of studying. Thanks to this, studying didn’t even feel hard and I actually got 90% on every subject.
