Brilliant. A complicated book with complicated characters and their relationships. Looking forward to the next.

Great story and well written. Keeps you interested throughout. The narration style was tough to listen to for an extended period of time for me- needed a break every so often. Would recommend!!

Always enjoy her books. She puts you right in the middle of the case with lots of twists and turns.

I like Slaughter’s books a lot. Sometimes I wish she allowed other narrators besides Kathleen Early. I have a hard time hearing her at times

Excellent story. Many times the second book in a series can’t stand alone or can’t live up to the first book. This one does both. Kathleen Early’s narration put you into the heart of the characters and the town. Thank you Karin Slaughter for another great book with strong female leads
