I hope there will be some character development in the second part because this is starting to get repetitive. I like the narration apart from Orion. The voice actor is great it just doesn’t fit the character very well imho.

I cant say enough positive things about graphic audio books. They are definitely bad *** and they ruin audiobooks for all the dull ones out there with just regular boring narration. Ever since I was introduced to duet style narration, I am UNABLE and refuse to listen to audiobooks where female narrators do the parts of male characters and vise versa. It's horrible and it ruins the entire experience for me. I've been totally spoiled with the entire "movie in my mind" experience and now I won't go back. But this series is pretty good in it's own right. The only complaint i have is its dragged out and repetitive to the maximum. It gets annoying and I find myself skipping over a lot of the dialog. The story is very inventive and interesting enough to keep me invested to a point. But im not losing my mind with frustration about not being able to read the next installment . Maybe if each part wasn't so Uber focused on just one topic the entire part...9 hours long in audiobook format....it would be a lot more engaging.
