With her fabric shop open for business, Poly Monroe is sponsoring gowns for the Miss Tangorli pageant by helping design gowns for the contestants, supplying luscious silk fabric from her shop and providing seamstresses to construct the gowns. But, when the pageant’s founder is murdered, Poly is even busier trying to find the killer. This is becoming a fabulous series. I’m enjoying getting to know the characters, who are interesting and entertaining. Very well written with plenty of plot twists, enough action to keep the pages turning, and a tiny bit of romance that does not distract from the mystery. Highly recommended! I enjoyed this book and am looking forward to the next in the series. I received a complimentary copy of this book and chose to write a voluntary, unbiased review.
