My first, but definitely not last in this series. The combination of police and psychic intrigued me. The content … sex trading with children… a very serious and sad matter.. was handled well. The attraction between Kate and Simon was an added bonus. The narrator did a good job. I have already downloaded the next in the series.

This is a great series that has me hooked! I have to get all of the books! At this point, I only have 2 more to read but wanted to go back to the beginning to be sure someone wondering if they want to choose this book knows how great the series is! Narrator is great, also!

Great first in a series. Excellent narrator. I will definitely be listening to the second and following the narrator for more of her work.

I like the story but sometimes it felt like the writing was adolescent. Especially during the conversations. There was even a part where a word didn’t fit at all. I remember thinking to myself “prominent. She had to be talking about a prominent dr.”

Great characters with loads of twists and turns to keep you hooked. Listened over 2 days. Book 2 on the go already. Loved the narration highly recommend this book.

This was not a favorite book of mine. I did not enjoy the dark pedophile issues of this book. Also there was a key part of this book that could have been expounded on and it wasn't used(the detectives missing brother should have been a bigger part).

Dialogue was simplistic and wording was too repetitive. Don’t like stories about pedophiles.

I wish this author luck in their next book. this one had dialogue that comes cheesy, like in a so bad it good movie. however, this book isn't supposed to be funny.

Very long and drawn out. I did not enjoy this book
