Unabridged Audiobook
I loved this book, the sequel to The Rich are Different, also excellent. It’s a wide ranging story told from the different character’s perspectives. The reader is excellent at capturing different voices (male and female) with just slightly different readings. The stories (of both books) are so original and unexpected. Very absorbing and a great listen! If you like this, check out Cashelmara, more gothic and wildly entertaining. The recording is newer, 2020, and the readers are great. There is one for the female characters, and one for the male. The author (Susan Howatch) is a mostly forgotten master.
