I really wanted to love this series. I have used it, and the methods actually work.
It really worked for me, it helped me relax and fall asleep right away.
The good point about this audio book is it's length, it is not too long or not too short for a session.
I found this audio book similar to a stress releasing therapy, one listen is as helpful as one session of stress releasing therapy!
I'm asleep before I know it even after stressful days. I highly recommend this to everyone.
