I don't like self-help books. Remarkably I loved The Sleep Revolution. It is thoughtful, personal and a great compilation of science based information. The science is well presented in a manner that does not overwhelm and provides a validity to the author's point of view. This is a great read and I have prioritized my sleep because of it.
