Love this author - love that she narrated herself and I look forward to her next novel! Great story! Keeps you guessing! Love the characters

This book held my attention the entire time. I only listen to my audiobooks in the car on my commute but not with this one. I found myself listening while cooking and cleaning. I have a feeling there will be a second book and I really hope it happens! Dear Reese, in your movie version please cast Emily Blunt as the lead!

mesmerizing....couldn't put it down...well since I was LISTENING, it was more like ...me walking around with my headsets on! wonderful surprise ending. narrator spot on. so enjoyable to listen. I'm looking forward to more of her work!.

Loved the narration by the Author and loved the twists and turns

One of the best books I’ve listened to in a long time. Gripping the entire book.

It started out a little slow at first, but once it got going I was hooked in! The ending could of been better but maybe that’s because I wanted it to keep going… lol Good read and great narration!

Interesting story, but the crazy amount of cussing was distracting and diminished the overall affect.

Such a FANTASTIC book. Could not stop listening from the very beginning, basically binged the whole book in less than 3 days. The fact that the author narrated the book herself makes it even more impressive, if that’s possible. Brilliant actress and writer.

The book was written with extreme detail and finesse. I agree that it would have been better with the "F" word substituted, but I absolutely cannot wait for the next book!

I love this author! The story keeps you guessing from the beginning

Really surprised this book has so many great reviews. The main character was SO stupid, unlikable and unbelievable. I really did not care what happened to her by the end. The story itself started out pretty good but gradually got worse and worse and in the end nothing really tied together. It had potential but seriously no one in their right mind acts like the main character. Would not recommend this book.

It started off a little slow but it was very good and I loved how the storylines complimented each other and were seamless. It made perfect sense. I would recommend and feel like the author left me wondering if the main character could carry on into future novels. Excellent listen. Definitely recommend

At first, I was hesitant - usually fiction read by the author is clunky, in my opinion. However, Catherine Steadman does a pretty good job of reading her own work. I kept listening - couldn't wait to hear how it all turned out.

I have to disagree with the other reviews- the book was hard to get into, a lot of irrelevant details were told. The author was great at narrating the story herself and had an enjoyable voice, but I feel like the story itself could have been told in 7 hours and just as thorough. A decent book, but not suspenseful and fairly anti climatic.

Very long audio book 11+ hours. The story moves a little slow then quickly wraps up without a true understanding of why things happened. Narration was enjoyable.

This was an overall good book with a very interesting ending. I thought it dragged a bit at times, and feel as though points to be made were drawn out further than necessary, but it was an overall good listen. The narrator being the author was wonderful and she has a beautiful voice.

I love this book. I didn't like the ending but I agree it is a great sequel for a movie.

This was a great book. Starts off super strong and finishes with an ending you'll never see coming. Left a sense of unease in me that I long for when reading a crime/thriller/mystery. I highly recommend this to anyone who loves a non-stop thriller.

I want to see this as a movie! And the ending is a great segway to a sequel. Well done! Enjoyed it very much.
