People are disappearing in Montreal. Jack & Mojo believe they are being drawn into the "Other City", an ephemeral city that appears at random, and suddenly vanishes taking people with it. There's a blind street musician, his haunting accordion echoes down the narrow streets of a city that may only exist somewhere next door to reality.
