Unabridged Audiobook
This isn't your typical heart-warming animal story, but one written about how a couple raised their adapted pet dog that appeared to have been mistreated by prior owners. I found the story frustrating because although the couple was exceptionally patient, it seemd to take too long to acclimate the dog to their lives. This was especially since the author had Parkinsons, wanted and needed a companion, and time was a major factor. I didn't agree with the way he and his wife raised the dog. As with raising children, every dog is different, and parents raised them as best they can.
Enjoyable read!
I think that this is the best book ever.
